  10. What is something you learned during incarceration?: Keep to yourself, mind your P’s and Q’s, and don’t trust anyone in jail or prison.

  10. What is something you learned during incarceration?: Value your life outside and appreciate whatever you have. Don’t be greedy.

  9. One piece of advice to share: 2x widow, lost job and needed to pay house, did what I thought I had to do. Should have found alternate solutions. Doesn’t pay off. Loss of time with family not worth it. 
  10. What is something you learned during incarceration?: Appreciate the small things. Even what to wear, what to eat and when to eat. Appreciate family. Love and freedom is irreplaceable.
